If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. All of our shipments are traceable.
- What is your return policy?

Most items cannot be returned because they are customized to our clients' specifications and unique needs. We do, however, accept returns within 30 days of non-customized materials and products undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. Please contact us first for more information.
- How do I make a return?

Contact us immediately to request a return via phone or email. Within 10 days of purchase, send the item to the following address using a traceable shipping method and insured for the price of the item.

Your package should include a signed letter stating the reason for your return as well as the original receipt. - Is there a restocking fee on returned items?

Yes. All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.

Before accepting your shipment please inspect it for damage. If the shipment is damaged DO NOT ACCEPT IT and call the carrier to start your claim. Baldwin Design Works, LTD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. If the carrier takes the damaged shipment back with them please get photos of the damage prior to them removing it.
